TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE SERVICE

ART. 1 - ACCEPTANCE OF THE CONDITIONS

The Customer confirms that he is aware, at the time of the order, of the terms and conditions of sale published on the website www.tealrose.net and expressly declares to accept them without reservation. These conditions may have changed at any time. The valid conditions of sale are those in force on the day the customer placed the order.

ART. 2 - DEFINITIONS

Teal Rose: is the sign of the online store and is a brand owned by the company New Life srls.

Site: the site www.tealrose.net which deals with the sale of clothing and accessories. Customer: natural or legal person who buys on the website www.tealrose.net accepting the general conditions of sale. Order: request form that appears on our site duly completed and sent. Products, articles or merchandise: goods that are sold on our site, according to the general conditions of sale. Price: consideration for the sale of the goods. Contract: the remote contract whose object is the sale of products based on the general conditions of sale.

ART. 3 - REGISTRATION

The Customer is obliged to register on the site before purchasing the products in the catalog. The veracity of the data released to Teal Rose during registration is the responsibility of the Customer. The information released by the Customer at the time of the order compromise the same and Teal Rose will not be responsible for any data that does not correspond to the Customer. Teal Rose will send the Customer an e-mail confirming the registration.

ART. 4 - PRIVACY

The data communicated to us by the Customer are necessary for the execution of the contract. Teal Rose undertakes to process the Customer's data only and exclusively for contractual and promotional purposes. The Customer's data will not, for any reason, be made public or transferred to third parties.

ART. 5 - SALE OF PRODUCTS

The products can only be purchased online using the automated procedures of the www.tealrose.net site. Purchases attempted through other channels are not accepted. There are no limits to the number of items that can be purchased, the same or different, subject to their availability. Teal Rose will send the Customer a confirmation e-mail every time he receives and accepts his order. Teal Rose reserves the right not to accept orders from Customers with whom it has previously had disputes and / or disputes, communicating it via e-mail to the persons concerned. If, for any reason, a product is out of stock, Teal Rose undertakes to communicate it as soon as possible. If the Customer purchases an item still in our online catalog but actually out of stock, Teal Rose undertakes to replace it with a product in the catalog indicated by the Customer or to refund the price paid. The photographs and texts illustrating the products are not of a contractual nature.

ART. 6 - PRICES AND PAYMENTS

Prices are expressed in Euros and include VAT. Any customs taxes in the territories that require them are charged to the customer. The customer who resides in one of these territories is requested to inquire at the competent office in their country. The price of each product is the one visible on our catalog at the time the purchase is made. Shipping costs are separate and are charged to the customer. At the time of payment for the order, the cost of shipping the goods will be displayed by the customer, which will then be added to the cost of the items purchased. The final amount to be paid by the Customer includes: price of the product or products, including current VAT and shipping costs. The payment methods can be: credit card or paypal at the time of the order or bank transfer. For payments by bank transfer, the Customer is required to inquire at his credit institution about the costs to be borne by him for this operation.

ART. 7 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

The products will be shipped and delivered within 72 hours from the moment of the order, except in exceptional cases (adverse weather conditions, strikes ...) which could lengthen delivery times. In any case, we guarantee service and maximum seriousness in case the times should get longer. Delivery times are indicative and in no way binding. Delivery is made by courier. The place of delivery is the one indicated by the Customer in the order. At the time of shipment, Teal Rose will inform the Customer that the products ordered by him are being delivered. Teal Rose is not responsible for the delay, or damage, in the fulfillment of the obligations deriving from the contract when the cause of such delay is force majeure. Shipping costs are charged to the customer and will be indicated separately during the completion of the online order. All shipments are the responsibility of the carrier and Teal Rose will not be liable for them.

ART. 8 - SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs vary depending on the order. Before entering the payment data, it will be possible to view the total amount to be paid including the cost of the goods and the cost of shipping.

ART. 9 - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The customer can exercise the right of withdrawal by writing an email to infotealrose@gmail.com and resending the goods to the address supplied by us within 10 (ten) days of receipt of the same (the postmark will be valid). The right of withdrawal can only be exercised by natural persons who purchase the products on our site for purposes other than their professional activity. The products must be returned to our address, intact, in the original packaging, with the original labels not removed and without having been used, washed or altered. The products must be accompanied by the original receipt. We reserve the right not to accept the goods if we find the lack of at least one of these requirements. Teal Rose will refund the price of the returned products within 14 (fourteen) days of receipt of the goods. Shipping costs are charged to the customer.

ART. 10 - REPLACEMENT

To request the replacement, you must start the procedure by writing an email to infotealrose@gmail.com and proceeding to send the goods, to the address provided by us, within 10 (ten) days of receipt (the postmark will be valid) . The Customer must return the products by sending them to our address, intact, in the original packaging, with the original labels not removed, without having been used, altered or washed and accompanied by the original receipt. Teal Rose reserves the right to refuse the request for replacement if, by verifying the defect, it finds that there is no reason or it finds a tampering by the Customer or the lack of any of the requisites for the replacement. If the replacement request is accepted, Teal Rose will replace the product and ship it to the Customer at its own expense. Returns are not allowed for discounted items.

ART. 11 - TERMINATION OF THE CONTRACT

Teal Rose and has the right to terminate the contract with the Customer by communicating it and indicating the reason for such termination, in which case it will return the sums already paid to the Customer. Any right of the Customer to any type of compensation for damage, any compensation and any type of liability for direct or indirect damages to persons caused by the non-acceptance of an order or the contractual termination is excluded.

ART. 12 - COPYRIGHT AND TRADEMARKS

Brands, logos, photographs and other distinctive signs on the site belong to their respective owners. The use of trademarks, logos, photographs and other distinctive signs, including reproduction on the internet, by unauthorized third parties is prohibited. The contents of the site are protected by copyright.

ART. 13 - LANGUAGE

The contract and the conditions of sale are drawn up in Italian.

ART. 14 - JURISDICTION

The contract is governed in accordance with Italian law. For disputes arising from the contract, the competent court is that of Grosseto, Italy.
